Single Products
Individual products are non-refundable as they are digital products, we don’t proceed with a refund in any case. If you change your mind to a different product or the product is no longer needed still we don’t process the refund. If you are looking to purchase the access pass and need a refund for the layout or child theme, still we don’t process the refund.
Access Pass/Membership
Due to the nature of the product, we don’t process refunds for access pass.
Product Not Working
In case the product is not working, you can simply leave a message to us, telling us the name of the product and what the issue is, and we will give you a fix, but for that, there will be no refund.
